Ramya Chandrasekhar is a lawyer and researcher at the French National Centre for Scientific Research. She studies legal and governance mechanisms for fostering responsible open data sharing and use by non-government actors. She draws from disciplines of law, critical data studies, and STS. Previously, Ramya has worked on emerging issues in global data law and technology law with the Berkeley Centre for Law and Technology and the Data Justice Lab at Cardiff University.
