The CfP for the OpenForum Academy 2024 Symposium is closed.
Thank you for all the submissions!
Eligible papers
The OFA Symposium is an interdisciplinary conference on Open Source and proposals need to be relevant. A list of possible topics is available on the Symposium website, but feel free to suggest any topic you find relevant.
We seek papers from academics and practitioners. The audience for the Symposium includes researchers, academics and relevant practitioners in Open Source Software and Open Source Hardware.
Review process
Submitted abstracts are evaluated by the Programme Committee in a double-blind peer review process. If an abstract is accepted, the author agrees to send a full-text paper by 09 October and to make the paper camera-ready by 30 October, after feedback.
Presentations
Presentations are scheduled for 25 minutes with time for discussion together with other talks of the same thematic area.
Questions can be directed to: info@openforumeurope.org
Travel support
The organisers are able to cover the travel costs of a select number of presenters. Please indicate in the CfP if you require travel support to come to Boston.
